May Goals
Have a BabyDone & done! Beau's birthday was the best day of my life.
June Goals
- continue settling into life with a newborn, work towards keeping Beau awake longer during the day
- finish planning everything for our trip at the end of July
- start working out again, or at least doing some weights at home and taking Beau on long walks, gotta knock out this last chunk of baby weight!
- keep being a present friend, even in this change of season
- take Beau to church and home group for the first time
- enjoy the flexibility that comes with school being out for summer for Ben, even though he will still be working full time, it's still so much more flexible!
What do y'all have planned for the month? My goals for the month are simple.. laser focus on keeping our sweet boy fed and changed and bathed and snuggled!

I don't have a ton planned for June, which will be a nice start to the summer! My biggest goal is to do yoga or Pilates every day.

ReplyDeleteSuch sweet goals! I had a friend give me sweet advice: it took 9 months for you to gain the baby weight, give yourself the same amount of grace in losing it. Your body has totally changed, and letting yourself settle into that new change instead of getting back to your "old self" is okay, too. I fit back into my old clothes and lost all the baby weight, but my body doesn't look the exact same. Grace upon grace! ;)
